I contacted them about this and sought a refund or a fairer rate. I even suggested that i pay their full price for one year and refund the remaining two ( It was a 3yr plan i was on ). They were not willing to do this either. They did offer to change my plan but would not refund money would only leave it there for credits to use.

At this stage i am seeking remediation with my credit card company as payment was only taken 7 days ago.

Their service is great, their initial pricing is good to. You will get stung on the renewals!!!!

When engaged on the topic they are dishonest.
